lil carb Roasted Broccoli Side Dish- Serves 2
3 cups raw broccoli, cut into small florets
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flake (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 pepper
1/4 Italian seasoning
2 heaping Tbsp sun dried tomatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Toss the broccoli and sun dried tomatoes in the olive oil on a baking sheet lined with tin foil.
Sprinkle on all of the seasoning and toss again.
Bake for 10 minutes, stir.
Bake for another 10 minutes, stir.
**I bake for an additional 5 minutes because I like my veggies crispy. Bake until you are happy with the texture.
Lastly toss in the parmesan cheese and let sit for 1 minute then serve. ENJOY!
